Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once confirmed, you will receive an order update via WhatsApp or email. Please double-check your address, contact number, and city when placing your order.
During sale events or new collection launches, processing may extend to 3 business days due to high volume.

Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. We work with TCS, Leopards, and BlueEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.
If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us on WhatsApp directly.
Important Notes
Incorrect address: Literie by Asna is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Failed deliveries: After two failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.
COD orders: Please ensure you are available to receive your parcel. Refusing a COD delivery without prior notice may result in restrictions on future orders.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or resolution on a case-by-case basis.
