Yes! We love custom orders. Whether you want a specific colour, size, or motif — reach out to us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your requirements and we'll create something just for you. Please allow 7–14 extra days for custom pieces.

Yes, COD is available across Pakistan. Please ensure you are available to receive the parcel and have the exact amount ready. Refusing a COD delivery without notice may affect future orders.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, your order may already be in processing. Please contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make changes.

No. We use high-quality, colourfast dyes and paints. When you follow our care instructions (gentle machine wash, cold water, no bleach), colours remain vivid and the fabric stays beautiful wash after wash.

As our products are handcrafted, there may be very slight variations of up to 1–2 cm in dimensions. These are normal and part of the charm of handmade items. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 2–4 days for major cities and 3–7 days for other areas. You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

We do not currently have the facility to advise when a specific item is back in stock. However, we do tend to re-stock quite frequently, so recommend you check back!
