Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error on our part.

Exchange Policy

We happily exchange items for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected.

If the desired item is not in stock, we will offer store credit or a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been washed, used, or altered

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)

  • Original paintings and one-of-a-kind artworks

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear photographs of:

  • The damaged item

  • The original packaging

  • Your order confirmation or receipt

We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer.

For COD orders, refunds are issued via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer
